Prices and packages
£25 -Single 1 hour session
£15- Single 30 minute session
-Buddy system- train with a friend and split the cost.
-Additional cost of £5 is added to the cost of each session if the trainer is required to travel more then 15 miles.
-sessions to be paid for in advance.
